THE COLORS
The colors were used in the project in a specific way, representing diversity and contrasting with the necessary white in hospitals. For each color, a unique character was created, as if the playroom itself came to life.
THE TREE OF HOPE
As the heart of the project, we designed a modular tree named the "Tree of Hope", symbolizing the improvement of the childrens in the hospital. During the tree assembly, an insect known in Brazil as "Hope" ("esperança" in portuguese) landed on the top and stayed there for hours. What a coincidence!
ORGANIZATION OF SPACE
In addition to the playroom area, a room was also designed for the pedagogues. This area is separated from the playroom by a carpentry structure that serves both as a partition and a cabinet. Additionally, a glass window with blinds also helps create a permeable environment.
